1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Rule 20, as amended
April 24, 1970 and Joint Resolution of Congress when they furloughed all carmen
employes of their Barton Street Shop, September 23 and 24, 1982, St. Louis,
Missouri.
2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate all
carmen listed in claim of October 1, 1982 for all wages lost September 23 and 24,
1982.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
