1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Rules 12 (a) and (d);
22 (a), 24 (a), 117, and 137 of the controlling Agreement August 12, 1982 when
they refused to allow Carman M. A. Danback to displace junior carman B. J. Prater
at Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.
2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate
Carman M. A. Danback for all wage loss starting August 12, 1982 and continuing
until violation is corrected.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex pane form,
hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request frcm
the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
