Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company violated Rule 2 (a) & (b) of the controlling Agreement commencing June 16, 1982 at Dallas, Texas by having Carman B. R. Watkins assigned to a non existing relief job.
2. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to compensate Carman B. B. Watkins for four (4) hours for each date he works this job starting June 16, 1982 and continuing until violation is corrected.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte farm, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request frcm the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
