Dispute: Claim of Employes:

1. That the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad violated the Controlling Agreement, Article 1, Rule 1, and the Memorandum Agreement of November 1, 1981 when all the Laborer's Supplymen jobs at Kansas City, Missouri Facility were abolished on August 2, 1982 and the jobs were reassigned to other Crafts.

2. That accordingly, the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad be ordered to compensate Laborer Supplymen D. F. Cunningham, M. F. Jones and C. W. Moore at the appropriate rate of eight (8) hours a day, for every day they would have been entitled to work, or entitled to compensation, until such time as they are returned to work. We further claim all benefits due the Claimants while furloughed.

Statement

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
