Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company failed to give regular
 
assigned Wrecking Crew Members J. W. Westfall, H. L. McWilliams and
 
R. S. Ervin a call at 1:00 AM, Sunday, November 1, 1981, that would
 
have allowed them to accompany the Howell Wrecking outfit from Howell
 
Shops, (Evansville, Indiana), to a derailment of four (4) Engines at
 
Danville, Illinois and return to Howell Shops at 3:00 PM, Monday,
 
November 2, 1981.
2. Accordingly, the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company, should be
 
ordered to compensate regular assigned Wrecking Crew Members that
 
which they would have earned had they been called or thirty (30)
 
hours each at the time and one-half rate of pay in behalf of Carmen
 
J. W. Westfall and H. L. McWilliams and twenty-two (22) hours at the
 
time and one-half rate of pay in favor Carman R. E. Ervin.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
