Dispute: Claim of EMployes:
1. That under the current and controlling agreement employees other than
laborers were improperly used to perform the work operating a fork lift to
unload wheels, moving materials, and cleaning shop area, at the Seaboard Coast
Line Railroad Company, presently known as the Seaboard System Railway,
Charlotte, North Carolina.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate laborers Elgin
Terry, September 16, 1982, (8) hours; V. B. Hicklen, September 16, 1982, (8)
hours; D. W. Marsh, September 16, 1982, (8) hours and H. G. Thomas. Jr.,
September 16, 1982, (8) hours each at pro rata rate of pay on the date
identified above.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Parties that the case be withdrawn.
