Dispute: Claim of &nployes:
1. That the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company violated the controlling
agreement when Carman C. E. Hyler, Florence, South Carolina was not
called to work Supervisors job in violation of Rule 29 of the
current agreement; the regular supervisor was off sick. This claim
is for eight (8) hours at overtime rate of pay.
2. That accordingly, the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad be ordered to
compensate Carman Hyler eight (8) hours at overtime rate for this
violation of agreement.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
