Dispute: Claim of Enployes

1. That the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company violated the
Controlling Agreement, particularly Rules 30(a) and 104, when Foreman
H. Bentley inspected and serviced Caboose 6443 at 4:35 PM, September
16, 1982, and
2. That the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company should be ordered
to compensate Carman E. M. Sanford two (2) hours and forty (40)
minutes at the time and one-half rate of pay for Foreman Bentley's
actions on September 16, 1982.
Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railznad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
