Claim of Employes:
1. That the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company failed to properly
compensate Corbin, Kentucky Carmen R. H. Mooneyham, J. L. Goldsberry
and G. B. Rose in violation of the Agreement while enroute to home
station (Corbin, Kentucky) from Algood,
Tennessee when
they wre
improperly removed from compensated service, from 8:00 PM, November
17, 1982 until 7:00 AM, November 18, 1982 and from 11:30 PM, November
18, 1982 until 6:00 AM, November 19 , 1982, and
2. That the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company should be ordered
to compensate Carmen R. H. Mooneyham and J. L. Godsberry each
seventeen and one-half (17-1/2) hours each at the time and one-half
rate of pay, also they should compensate Carman G. B. Rose fourteen
and one-half (14-1/2) hours at the time and one-half rate of pay plus
three (3) hours at the straight time rate of pay.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Carrier that the case be withdrawn.
