Dispute: Claim of Eraployes:
1) Pay claimant for all regular assigned hours which wells would have
worked during suspension at pro rata rate.
2) Pay at overtime rate for any overtime Wells would have been entitled to
during suspension.
3) All days counted for pay purpose during suspension be counted for
vacation qualifying days.
4) Any other contractual benefits Wells may have been entitled to during
suspension, such as but not limited to, jury duty pay, bereavement leave, etc.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parse
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Parties that the case be withdrawn.
