"1) Carmen Gene Miller, Mike Semple and Robert Rychly were unjustly deprived of work and wages to which they were entitled on September 28, 1982, when the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company assigned other than Carmen to inspect grain trains at Sheldon, Ashton and Ritter, Iowa.

2) That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be ordered to compensate Carmen Gene Miller, Mike Semple and Robert Rychly eight hour pay each at the overtime rate of pay for September 28, 1982.-

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Organization that the case be withdrawn.
