Dispute: Claim of Employes:

"1) Carmen David Bringman, Lloyd Sorensen and Robert Rychly were deprived

of work and wages to which they were entitled on September 15,

1982, when the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company

assigned other than Carmen to inspect grain trains at Ashton,

Sheldon and Ritter, Iowa.

2) That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be ordered to compensate Carmen David Bringman, Lloyd Sorensen and Robert Rychly in the amount of eight (8) hours pay each at the overtime rate of pay."

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Organization that the case be withdrawn.

Claim dismissed.
