"1) Carman Don Bunn was deprived of work and wages to which he was
entitled when the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company
assigned other than Carmen to make repairs to and inspect freight cars
set out for repairs at Fremont, Nebraska on November 6, 10, 12
and 29, 1982
2) That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be
ordered to compensate Carman Don Bunn for eight (8) hours pay
for each of the four days at the overtime rate of pay."
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Organization that the case be withdrawn.
