Dispute: Claim of Employes:
"1) Carman Joe Matteo was deprived of work and wages to which he was
entitled when the Chicago & North Western Transportation Company
assigned other than Carmen to make repairs to freight cars set
out for repair at Fremont, Nebraska on January 12 and 17, 1983.
2) That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be
ordered to compensate Carman Joe Matteo for two and seven-tenths
(2 7/10) hours pay for both days at the overtime rate of pay."
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Organization that the case be withdrawn.

Claim dismissed.
