Dispute: Claim of Employes:
"1) Carmen John Corio and David Bringman were deprived of compensation
to which they are entitled on December 20, 1982 and January 3, 1983
when the Carrier assigned other than carmen to inspect grain
trains at Ashton and Ritter, Iowa.
2) That the Chicago & North Western Transportation Company be
ordered to compensate Carman John Corio in the amount of eight
(8) hours pay at the overtime rate of pay for each of the Carrier's
violations of December 20, 1982 and January 3, 1983; and that
Carman David Bringman be compensated in
the amount
of eight (8)
hours pay at the overtime rate of pay for Carrier's violation of
January 3, 1983. "
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second
Division
of
the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was
waived, and the Division is
now in receipt of a
request from the Organization that the case be withdrawn.
