Dispute: Claim of Employes:
"1) Carman Joe Matteo and Don Bunn were deprived of compensation to
which they are entitled when the Chicago and North Western
Transportation Company violated the Controlling Agreement,
specifically Rules 10, 17, 28, 29, 53, and Carmen's special rules
124 and 137 when it assigned other Carmen to repair freight cars
CNW 135094, CNW 63288, CNW 36328, CNW 135704, CNW 63236 and CNW
135818 on December 3, 1982, and on December 5, 1982, repaired
CNW 135146 and CNW 135098 at Fremont Nebraska.
2) That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be
ordered to compensate Carmen Joe Matteo and Don Bunn for two and
seven tenths ( 2 7/10) hours at the time and one-half rate of
pay for both violations of December 3 and 5, 1982."
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Organization that the case be withdrawn.

Claim dismissed.
