        . "1) Carmen J. R. Matteo and D. D. Bunn were deprived of work and wages to which they were entitled when the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company assigned other than Carmen to make repairs to freight cars set out for repairs at Fremont, Nebraska on October 5, 11, 22, 25, and 30, 1982


        2) That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be ordered to compensate Carmen J. R. Matteo and D. D. Bunn for eight (8) hours pay each, for each of the five (5) days at the overtime rate of pay.


Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Organization that the case be withdrawn.
                          AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
