Carmen Joe Matteo and Don Bunn were deprived of work and wages to which they were entitled when the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company assigned other than Carmen to inspect and repair freight cars ConRail 714484 and CPAA 89989, which were set out by train crews at Fremont, Nebraska account of bad order on March 7 and 8, 1983.

That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be ordered to compensate Carmen Joe Matteo and Don Bunn for five and four-tenths (5 4/10) hours pay each at the time and one-half rate. "

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Organization that the case be withdrawn.
