"1) Carmen Joe Matteo and Ron Sovereign were deprived of work and wages to which they were entitled when the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company assigned other than Carmen to inspect and repair freight cars GTTX 302138, TTX 476161, SP 690206 and CNW 161697 which were set out for repairs at Fremont, Nebraska on March 10 and 30, 1983.

2) That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be ordered to compensate Carmen Joe Matteo and Ron Sovereign each five and four-tenths (5 4/10) hours pay at the time and one-half rate of pay."

Statement:

The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Organization that the case be withdrawn.

AWARD

Claim dismissed.
