1. Carman Gus LaScala was deprived of work and wages to which he was
entitled when the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company
assigned other than Carmen to make repairs to freight car CNW X201905
at Mondaim, Iowa on May 15, 1983.
2. That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be ordered
to compensate Carman Gus LaScala in the amount of eight (8) hours
pay at the time and one-half rate of pay, amounting to $151.44.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Organization that the case be withdrawn.
