Carman Joe Matteo and Ron Sovereign were deprived of work and wages
to which they were entitled when the Chicago and North Western
Transportation Company assigned other than Carmen to repair freight
cars set out for repairs at Fremont, Nebraska on October 10, 12,
13, 18, 19 and 26, 1983.
2. That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be
ordered to compensate Carmen Joe Matteo and Ron Sovereign for five
and four-tenths (5.4) hours pay each at the overtime rate for each
of the above named dates."
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Organization that the case be withdrawn.

Claim dismissed.
