Claim of Employes:
°1. Carman Elmer Carlson was deprived of compensation to which he was
entitled when the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company
violated the controlling agreement, specifically Rules 10, 17, 28,
29, 44, 53, 124, and 127, and 137, when it assigned other than
carmen to perform Carmen's work on August 25 and 26, 1983, at
Carnes, Iowa.
2. That the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company be
ordered to compensate Carman Elmer Carlson in the amount of eight
(8) hours pay at the time and one-half rate of pay for each date
claimed, amounting to a total of $310.88. This is a continuing
claim."
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Organization that the case be withdrawn.
