Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Seaboard System Railroad Company (SCL) violated the
controlling Agreement, in particular, Rule 32 when Electrician
K. F. May was unjustly dismissed from service on November 4, 1983
at Jacksonville, Florida.
2. That accordingly, the Seaboard System Railroad Company (SCL) compensate
Electrician K. F. May in the amount of eight (8) hours per day at
the pro rata rate for the period commencing November 4, 1983 and
ending the day he is reinstated to his position as an Electrician
at Jacksonville, Florida. In addition Electrician K. F. May be
allowed all other benefits that would accrue to his position.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
joint request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
