Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Seaboard System Railroad Company (SCL) violated the
Controlling Agreement, in particular, Rule 32 when Electrician
R. P. Schaker, Jr. was unjustly dismissed from service on March
19, 1984 at Tampa, Florida.
2. That accordingly, the Seaboard System Railroad Company (SCL)
compensate Electrician R. P. Schaker in the amount of eight (8) hours
per day at pro rata rate for the period beginning March 19, 1984,
until Mr. Schaker is allowed to return to work and all other rights
accruing to his position at Tampa, Florida or on Seaboard System
Railroad Company (SCL).
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
joint request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.

Claim dismissed.
