(Seaboard System Railroad Company
Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1) That the Seaboard System Railroad Company (SCL) violated the
controlling agreement, in particular, Rules 93 and 26(a) at Pinoca
Shops, Charlotte, North Carolina, beginning September 10, 1983
when Mr. B. R. Jordan was furloughed and the electrical work
transfered to the Supervisor F. A. Lunsden and Machinist Hoyt Green.
2) That accordingly, the Seaboard System Railroad Company (SCL)
compensate Mr. Jordan eight (8) hours each day at the pro rata
rate for this continuous claim, until he is restored to service
at Pinoca Shops and allowed to perform the electrical work now
being performed by other than Electricians.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
joint request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
