Dispute: Claim of Employes:
1. That the Carrier violated Rule 57 of the motive Power and
Car Department Agreement by not calling Machinists J. Perea
and T. G. Levario (hereinafter referred to as Claimants) out
on the relief outfit service crew (derailment crew) on July
19, 1982 and July 27, 1982, and had supervisors and other
employes perform Machinists' duties.
2. That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate J.
Perea ten (10) hours overtime and T. G. Levario four (4) hours
overtime.
Statement:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte
form, hearing thereon was waived, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
