                STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. 11358 and not repeated herein.


                FINDNGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board finds:


That the dispute was certified to the Second Division of the Adjustment Board ex pane by the petitioning party; and

 Under date of January 29, 1988 and February 5, 1988 the petitioning parties addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Second Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
