FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

Under date of April 3, 1991, the petitioning and respondent parties addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Second Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division which request is hereby granted.
