FINDINGS: The Second DiviSiOrt of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Second Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the petitioning party; and

 Under date of August 17, 1992, the respondent party addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Second Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division which request i-s hereby granted.
