Page 2 Docket No. 12478-T
93-2-91-2-291
On August 8, 1990, the Organization presented this claim
contending that its Agreement was violated when Machinists
performed the work of tramming and gauging couplers on Locomotives
6427 and 2225 at the Russell, Kentucky, diesel maintenance
facility. The evidence in this record supports the single
conclusion that Machinists have historically done locomotive
coupler tramming and gauging at this facility as a part of engine
inspection. The Organization has not established an entitlement to
this work.
