                  STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. 12783-T and not repeated herein.


FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Second Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the petitioning party; and

 Under date of May 27, 1994, a formal communication was addressed to the Arbitration Assistant of the Second Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division which request is hereby granted.
