STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in the above-mentioned Docket Nos. and not

repeated herein.

FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the disputes were certified to the Second Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the petitioning party; and

Under date of June 16, 2015, the petitioning party addressed formal communications to the Arbitration Assistant requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division which requests are hereby granted.
