DISPUTIC.-"That rate of pay of Agent at Madera, California, should be
increa,w·d from 7W to 86¢ per hour."
FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:
Tlie dispute was rectified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board es
parte by complainant party.
Subsequently complainant party requested that hearing upon said dispute be
deferred, and no hearing thereon has been had. Under date of March 16, 1935,
the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the
Third Division containing the request " that this appeal be entirely withdrawn
from consideration by your Board."
AWARD
Case dismissed.
