DISPUTE.-" Request of Agent C. E. Simpson for the regular established rate of 10% commission for handling the business of the Railway Express Agency, Inc., at Lemont, Ill." FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:
The dispute was jointly certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board by the parties cited thereto.
The parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing hereon which was had on February 27,1935.
Under date of March 29, 1935, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division, advising that an adjustment of said dispute has been effected satisfactory to the parties involved, and that they desire to withdraw their submission to the Adjustment Board.
Evidence is presented to show that tile Carrier party to said dispute concurs in its withdrawal from the Adjustment Board.
