DISPUTLS.-" Do the duties assigned to three ticket clerks at Warren, Ohio,
subsequent to October 9, 1934, place those positions under scope of telegraphers'
agreement? "
FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:
The dispute was jointly certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment
Board by the parties cited thereto.
The parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon, but
upon which there has been no hearing.
Under date of April 4th, 1935, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division, stating desire to withdraw
their submission to the Adjustment Board.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
