FINDINGS.-Tllc T!lird Division of the Adjustment Beard, upon the whole record and all tile evidence, finds that:
The carrier and the mlldoyees involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employees within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June '1. 19:14.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.
An Agreement exists between the parties bearing the effective date of April lst, 192&.
The parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon.'This Divi·ion is of the opinion that a further effort should be made by the parties to dispose of this dispute on the property, and, accordingly, remands the case to them for that purpose.
This case is remanded to the parties for further conferences and consideration !it an effort to effect an adjustment of the dispute without prejudice to the rights of the parties or either of them it) resubmit tile same in the event they shall be unable to effect an adjustment.
