DISPUTE.='Claim of employees that position held by Roy Dies in the Mechanical Department at South San Antonio should be bulletined as a clerical position and filled under the Clerks' agreement and from their roster."
 FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that-
 The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complainant party.
 No hearing thereon has been had and under date of January 13, 1938, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.

Case dismissed.
