DISPUTE.-"Claim for restoration of position of Ticket Clerk, rate of Pay
$115.00 per month at Seaford Station, N. Y., and compensation for difference
between $115.00 and $50.00 per month retroactive to May 21st, 1935."
FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that-
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex
parts by complainant party.
No hearing thereon has been had and under date of January 20, 1936, the
complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the
Third Division withdrawing this case.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
