DISPUTI7.=`Claim of incumbent of position of Ticket Clerk. Auburndale, N. Y., for compensation at overtime rates, as provided in Regulation 4-A-1 of Clerks Schedule, on the actual minute basis, for all time in excess of eight (8) hours, exclusive of a meal period of not to exceed one hour, from time required to first report for duty to the time of final release since May 21st, 1935."

FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that-

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by complatnaut party.

No hearing thereon tas been had and under date of January 20, 1936, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdraw;ng this case.
