PARTIES TO DISPUTE:




DISPUTE.-"Claim of incumbent of position of Ticket Clerk, New Hyde Park, N. Y., for compensation at overtime rates, as provided in Regulation 4-A-1 of Clerks schedule, on the actual minute basis, for all time in excess of eight (8) hours, exclusive of a meal period of not to exceed one hour, from time required to first report for duty to the time of final release since may '21st, 1936."

FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that-

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex pane by complainant party.

No hearing thereon has been had, and tinder date of January 20, 1936, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
