PARTIES TO DISPUTE:



DISPUTE.-

"Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telelgraphers on Missouri Pacific Lines in Texas and Louisiana that the normal express commission rate of 3%, with a maximum of $10.00, nor carload express shipment oil the territory of the former Gulf Coast Lines, and the normal express commission rate of 3%, with no maximum, per carload express shipment on the territory of the former International-Great Northern Railroad, paid railroad agents by the Railway Express Agency, Inc., oldcli rates were arbitrarily reduced by the express company with the concurrence of the railroad management to 3% with a maximum of K.00 per carload as of July 1, 1930, he restored to the territories as ecisthig before the change was made."


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board Buds that-

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board cx parte by complainant party.

No hearing thereon has been hail, and under dale of February- 24, 1936, tile complainant party addressed a formal comxmmication to the Secretary of tile Third Division containing the request `that our ex parte submission in this case be, withdrawn from before your Board, without prjudice to the principle involved."



Csuse dismissed.
