DISYUTII.-

"Claims of incumbents of too positions of Ticket Clerics, Nostraud -Avenue, Brooklyn, N. Y., for compensation at overtime rate as provided in Regulation 4-A-1 on the actual minute basis, for all time in excess of eight (81 hours, exclusive of a meal period of not to exceed one (1) hour, from the tire required to first report for duty to (lie time of final release since May 1st, 1934."


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment, Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Bo:ird ex paste b>- complainant party.

No hearing thereon has been had and under (title of March 10, 1936, the complainant party addressed a forinal communication to the Secretary of the Tbird Division withdrawing this case.



Case dismissed.
