PARTIES TO DISPUTE:



DISPUTE.-

"Claim that position of Ticket Clerk, created at Southern Pines, N. C., in March 1935, should have been classified, rated, and assigned in accordance with rules of the Clerics' Agreement, and claim of senior qualified clerical employs for wage losses suffered as hereinafter set forth in Employes' Statement of Facts."


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.

No hearing thereon has been had and under date of May 18, 1936, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing this case.




Case dismissed.
