PARTIES TO DISPUTE:


DISPUTE.-

"Claim that Mr. J. L. Cragen, Chief Clerk-Cashier, Freight Station at Eureka, California, should be paid twelve (12) days' compensation for vacation not allowed is the year 1934."


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board, ex parte by complainant party.

The parties to the dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon, and such hearing was held April 6, 1936.

Under date of July 10, 1936, the parties made joint request that the dispute be withdrawn from the docket of the Third Division and the file thereon closed, which request is hereby granted.



Case dismissed.
