April 26, 1922, and as a Signalman or Signal Maintainer May 1, 19221'

FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.
No hearing thereon has been had, and under date of July 13, 1936, the parties addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting removal of the case from the Board's docket.


Case dismissed.
