"Claim for pay at the time and one-half rate for time worked on Sundays for the following Signalmen and Signal Maintainers:





"J. H. Fretwell, Huron, Oregon: All Sundays Aug. 20, 1932, to Nov. 30, 1934.



"J. E. Stiles, Boardman, Oregon: All Sundays Aug. 20, 1932, to May 22, 1933.

"Roy E. Wolf, Boardman, Oregon: Ali Sundays May 23, 1933, to Nov. 28, 1934.


"C. E. Patterson, Telocaset, Oregon: All Sundays Aug. 20, 1932, to Jan. 20, 1935.



FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.

No hearing thereon has been had and under date of July 17, 1936, the parties addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division requesting removal of the case from the Board's docket.



Case dismissed.
