"Claim of the General Committee of The Order of Railroad Telegraphers, Southern Pacific Company (Pacific Lines) that the Depot Ticket Agency at Tucson, Arizona, arbitrarily removed from the provisions of the Telegraphers' Schedule Agreement by the Carrier on August 2nd, 1932, and assigned to others than telegraphers, shall be restored to the provisions of the said agreement and be governed by the rules of same."
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board, jointly by the parties.
The parties to the dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon, and such hearing was held October 29th, 1935.
Under date of July 28, 1936, the parties made joint request that the dispute De withdrawn from the docket of the Third Division and the file thereon closed, which request is hereby granted.
