"Conductor C. A. Gibbs asks for reinstatement to service with all rights
unimpaired and payment for all time lost."
FINDINGS.-The Third Division finds that:
The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex
parts by complainant party and hearing was held on July 6, 1936.
On December 10, 19036, a formal communication, signed by both parties, was
received by the Secretary of the Third Division, withdrawing the case.
AWARD
Case dismissed.
