BROTHERHOOD OF MAINTENANCE OF WAY EMPLOYES
SOUTHERN PACIFIC LINES IN TEXAS AND LOUISIANA

DISPUTE.-

"Claim of employes that Bridge and Building Foreman Win. Cox and two (2) Bridge Mechanics should be paid at the rate of time and one-half time for the full six-hour service performed by them on Washington's Birthday, February 22, 1936, and that this time and one-half time rate for such service is required under Article V, Section (a-6) and/or Article V, Section (a-9) of the current agreement"


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by complainant party.

No hearing thereon has been had and under date of December 7, 1936, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third Division withdrawing the ease.



Case dismissed.
