DISPUTE.-

"Claim of daily rated warehouse employes at Galewood, Chicago Terminal, namely, Supervisors John F. Wagner, W. C. Braun, Joseph Wascow, James Kerr, and daily rated Clerks Harry Rosenthal, 1. Thayer, John O'Connor, M. Ciezadlo, Pat Driscoll, Carl George, James Walsh, Leonard Volker, William Boss, L. B. Allen, N. Kockler, John Quinn, and John Murphy for payment of four (4) hours' pay at pro rata rate, February 7, 1933."


FINDINGS.-The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds that:

The dispute was certified to the Third Division in the form of a joint submission by the parties hereto.

No hearing thereon has been had, and under date of January 12, 1937, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Secretary of the Third

Division withdrawing this case.
